The AQUAbibe NAVA PURE series stands for robust, modular reverse osmosis systems that combine maximum flexibility with ease of use.

Thanks to the separation of the 230V AC high-pressure pump and the 12V DC feed pump, electrical loads are optimally distributed. This allows the systems to be seamlessly integrated into 12V onboard power systems using appropriately sized inverters (soft-start behavior).

The NAVA PURE series also uses globally available standard components, giving bluewater sailors the confidence that the systems can be serviced anywhere in the world.

With a fresh water output ranging from 35 to approx. 125 l/h, there is a suitable system for every boat size. With our AQUAbibe NAVA PURE COMPACT variant, we can also offer systems for very limited installation space by using shorter reverse osmosis membranes.

NAVA PURE COMPACT
– Small Boat Watermaker

With the AQUAbibe NAVA PURE COMPACT variants, systems for very limited installation spaces can be offered by using shorter reverse osmosis membranes. Reliable, durable, and user-friendly, NAVA PURE is made for true bluewater adventures.

Key advantage
– Soft Start Behavior

Standard AC motors have high starting currents (approx. 5x operating current). The PURE series mitigates this impact through its split-pump design, making it easier to run on standard inverters without overloading the system.

With fresh water production between 35 and approx. 125 l/h, a suitable system is available for every boat size.

NAVA PURE Series

Components included in the NAVA PURE series watermaker

  • High-pressure pump with 230V AC electric motor
  • 12V DC diaphragm pump for continuous-duty industrial operation
  • Pre-assembled three-way valve for flushing
  • Control panel with 12V DC control voltage, one pressure gauge, switching between tank and a second freshwater outlet, and pressure regulating valve
  • Mobile electrical box for control electronics (two switching relays)
  • Pre-assembled pressure vessels for reverse osmosis membranes (1 to 3 membranes depending on the model)
  • Original FilmTec SW30-2540 reverse osmosis membranes for NAVA PURE, or
  • Original FilmTec SW30-2521 reverse osmosis membranes for NAVA PURE COMPACT
  • Pre-assembled pre-filter unit (20 µm and 5 µm pre-filters)
  • Activated carbon filter incl. housing
  • High-pressure hoses (2 m and 2.5 m length)
  • Installation materials (hydraulic fittings, hoses for seawater, brine, and freshwater, pre-filters, etc.)
