The AQUAbibe NAVA CORE series stands for robust, modular reverse osmosis systems that combine maximum flexibility with ease of use.

The unique combination of the feed pump and high-pressure pump in a compact pump unit minimizes installation effort. The use of globally available standard components gives every bluewater sailor the confidence that the system can be serviced anywhere in the world. With a fresh water output ranging from 35 to approx. 240 l/h, there is a suitable system for every boat size.

With our AQUAbibe NAVA CORE COMPACT version, we can also offer systems for limited installation space by using shorter reverse osmosis membranes.

NAVA CORE COMPACT
– Watermakers for the smallest spaces

With the NAVA CORE COMPACT variants, systems can be configured for very limited installation spaces by using shorter reverse osmosis membranes. Reliable, durable, and user-friendly – built for true bluewater adventures.

Unlike classic systems, the CORE integrates pre-pump and high-pressure pump. This reduces plumbing efforts, saves space, and simplifies operation. It is our premium solution for hassle-free fresh water production.

Output & Configurations

With fresh water output ranging from 35 to approx. 250 l/h, a suitable watermaker system is available for every boat size.

NAVA CORE Series

Components included in the NAVA CORE series watermaker

  • Pump unit consisting of a 230V AC electric motor with high-pressure pump and impeller feed pump
  • Pre-assembled three-way valve for flushing
  • Control panel with 12V DC control voltage, 2 pressure gauges (pre-pressure & high pressure), switching between tank and a second freshwater outlet, pressure regulating valve, and on/off switch
  • Mobile electrical box for control electronics (relay switching and 12V DC power supply for the panel)
  • Pre-assembled pressure vessels for reverse osmosis membranes (1 to 3 membranes depending on the model)
  • Original FilmTec SW30-2540 reverse osmosis membranes for NAVA CORE or
  • Original FilmTec SW30-2521 reverse osmosis membranes for NAVA CORE COMPACT
  • Pre-assembled pre-filter unit (20 µm and 5 µm pre-filters)
  • Activated carbon filter incl. housing
  • High-pressure hoses (2 m and 2.5 m length)
  • Installation material (hydraulic fittings, hoses for seawater, brine and freshwater, pre-filters, etc.)
